Findlay founded Noesis from a problem he experienced firsthand.

As a trader, he saw that most trading tools focused on outcomes - profit, loss, metrics and performance but offered little support for understanding the

decisions behind them. Wanting a better way to learn from experience, he created Journalit: a trading journal built around ownership, reflection and

continuous improvement.

Combining his experience as a trader with his background in product engineering, Findlay leads the vision, architecture and development of Noesis

products - creating tools that help people turn experience into insight.
